ARBITRATION. Any and all claims by you arising out of or related to this Website or your use thereof may be resolved only through a binding arbitration proceeding to be conducted under the auspices of the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Orlando, Orange County, Florida. Both your agreement to arbitrate all controversies, disputes and claims, and the results and awards rendered through the arbitration, will be final and binding on you and may be specifically enforced by legal proceedings. Arbitration will be the sole means of resolving such controversies, disputes and claims, and you waive your rights to resolve such controversies, disputes and claims by court proceedings or any other means. You agree that judgment may be entered on the award in any court of competent jurisdiction and, therefore, any award rendered shall be binding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration as a mechanism to resolve all controversies, disputes and claims between us, you are waiving certain rights, including the right to bring an action in court, the right to a jury trial, the right to broad discovery, and the right to an appeal. You understand that in the context of arbitration, a case is decided by an arbitrator (one or more), not by a judge or a jury.
PRIVACY POLICY. As you navigate within the Website, The Firm may be collecting and tracking personal information, either by asking you to tell The Firm something about yourself (such as your name, address or email address) or by using data-tracking software that tells us what parts of the Website you have browsed. The Firm may collect other information about you, such as your IP address, geographic information, the type of the web browser and operating system you use, and any other information that your web browsing software or Internet Service Provider automatically provides to our Website. We may be collecting and tracking information about the activities in our Website you engage in to help us know what users are interested in. We may also use “cookies” to keep track of visitors. A cookie is a small file stored on the hard drive of your personal computer. If your web browser allows, you may disable the placement of cookies on your hard drive. Disabling the placement of cookies may prevent you from accessing or using portions of the Website. Except as provided below, the Website does not currently share or sell any other information. Except as provided herein, no personally identifiable information is collected beyond that which is identified in this section of the Terms of Use. You agree that we may aggregate any information which we collect or maintain, and that we may use such aggregated information for internal analysis or for marketing purposes. We may disclose aggregate, de-identified data (i.e. stripped of information that identifies you) to third parties in connection with such analysis and/or marketing. By using the Website, you expressly assent to the collection and use of the limited information identified.
We may disclose your identifiable information to: (1) comply with applicable laws; (2) respond to governmental inquiries; (3) comply with valid legal process; (4) protect our rights or property; or (5) facilitate your request for a free case evaluation. Please be aware we may use automated telephone dialing or text messaging systems to provide messages to you about important information via the telephone number you provided. By registering and using this Website, you acknowledge that the processing of your information for the purposes described above may involve the transfer of such information from within the United State of America (USA) to countries outside the USA whose data protection regulation may not be as stringent as that within the USA.
This Website has implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising (Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. In addition, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to disable tracking by Google Analytics. We will use the data provided by Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to develop the Website and content around our users’ interests.
This Website may use Google AdWords and remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our website. It could mean that the Website advertises to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on the Website, like using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a website in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page. If you want to, you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.
The Website may use Google Analytics remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This allows the Website to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising from the Website in the future, you can opt out using the DoubleClick opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
You might also want to check Google’s Privacy Policy guidelines to ensure your Privacy Policy is up to standard for using other AdWords products.
In addition to the Website’s use of technologies as described herein, the Website may permit certain third party companies to help tailor advertising that may be of interest to you based on your use of the Website and/or services and to otherwise collect and use data about your use of the Website and/or services. You may opt out of the DoubleClick cookie by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page or you may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page. Google has additional information available about their Remarketing Privacy Guidelines and Restrictions.
The Website uses Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behavior on the Website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. The Website has opted-in to Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to get an idea of our demographics and users’ interests. Please see above for how we use this data.
The Google Analytics features implemented are based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.
